Yes! Every order includes a tracking number, which will be sent automatically to your email.
If you've received an email with your tracking number, your order has already been shipped. Please note that tracking updates may take 1-5 business days, depending on the shipping carrier. This is normal, especially during high-order periods.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email from us (sent from info@viktorias.com). This email includes your tracking number and a direct link to track your package.
If you haven’t received the Shipping Confirmation yet, please note that it can take 1–5 business days after placing your order for your package to be shipped.
Here’s how to track your order:
- Check your Shipping Confirmation email. Be sure to check your junk, spam, or promotions folders—just in case it landed there. You can also search for info@viktorias.com in your inbox.
- Click on the tracking number in the email. This will take you to our tracking page, where you can view all shipping updates and progress.
- If clicking the tracking number doesn’t work, and you are instead directed to a page that asks for your tracking number—Simply copy the tracking number from the email and paste it manually into the "Tracking Number" field on the page.

Your order number is sent to you once your order is confirmed. You can find it in your order confirmation email, along with additional details about your order. The Order ID will begin with VK... This ID is the best way to identify and track your order.
If you can't find your Order Confirmation, here are a few reasons why this might happen:
- There could be a typo in the email address you entered. (It happens to the best of us!)
- The email may have been routed to your spam, junk, or promotions folder. Please check these folders, and you can also search for our email address info@viktorias.com to find it.
- You can also mark our email as "Not Spam" in your email service to prevent future issues.
- Sometimes, orders may be halted before confirmation due to factors like special characters in custom inscriptions, special requests, or issues with the shipping address.
If you still can't find your order number, simply contact us, and we'll send it to you again.
Although it’s rare, sometimes tracking may show a package as "Delivered" before it has actually arrived. If this happens within 36 hours of the expected delivery, please try the following:
- Double-check your shipping notification email to ensure the package was sent to the correct address.
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery left by the carrier.
- Check the delivery location thoroughly for your package.
- Ask others in your household if they received the package on your behalf.
- Wait 36 hours, as sometimes packages are marked as delivered up to 36 hours before they arrive.
If your order is still missing 36 hours after the expected delivery date, please contact us for further assistance.
